The store offers shipping to European Union, United States and Canada. 

Payments options

Redlopayesa.com online store offers the choice of paying by debit card, credit card and Paypall. All card payments go through paypall.

Products that are sold are the property of the seller until the buyer will pay the purchase price in full to Redlopayesa.com account within 24 hours. If payment is not received within that time, the order will be canceled.

Processing

Redlopayesa.com webstore will make an effort to ensure that the order will be processed in 3 working days, when the item is ready. If the product is ordered: the average production time is approximately 14 days, depending on the size and complexity of the pattern, as well as the availability of wool.

Shipping

Orders are delivered by Íslandspóst. After the parcel is delivered to the post office, the buyer receives a tracking number.

Orders sent by Íslandspóst are subject to Íslandspóst’s delivery, warranty, transport terms for the delivery of the product. This information can be accessed on Íslandsspóstur’s website. According to this, Redlopayesa.com is not responsible for lost shipments or damage that may occur to goods in transit.

We would like to emphasize that Redlopayesa.com does not take responsibility in a case when payment for home delivery by Post Office is paid but Íslandspóst does not send it to the door.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, please contact us via email: info@redlopayesa.com.

Remember that under EU law, if a given product or service was made strictly according to the buyer’s instructions, it is not possible to return custom-made goods. To ensure that the goods match the order as closely as possible, photos are sent during creation.

Only at this stage, at the beginning of creating a sweater or other product, can you request changes.

After receiving the product, you can ask the seller whether it is possible to return the goods upon order, but the seller is not obliged to accept it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Redlopayesa.com store will make an effort to ensure that the order will be processed in the next business day. The maximum order processing time is 3 business days. If the product is not available, we will contact the customer regarding the estimated delivery time of the product.

Final remarks

Due to the fact that all products in the store are made of wool, their dimensions and colors may differ slightly from those shown in the photos.

In the case of sweaters, due to the specificity of wool and the fact that each sweater is washed, the length may differ in each direction by about 2-3 cm. In turn, the colors of the products are not always the same. It depends on the specificity of the material. The colors of different batches of wool differ in shades.

The best colors of wool are reflected on the manufacturer’s website https://istex.is/vorur/plotulopi/. This does not mean that they will look identical in real life.

The contractor, Redlopapeysa.com, also reserves the right to change the color of the wool in the pattern, after prior arrangement with the ordering party. In case a given color is not available for sale.
